Want to conceive? What the doctors won’t tell you

Picture
When I began my journey into holistic nutrition I was a little younger and babies weren’t a passing thought for me or my friends. Today though, things are quite different. It seems everyone is having babies…. Or at least TRYING to have babies.
I noticed a common theme amongst my generation. Infertility.

Endometriosis, PID (pelvic inflammatory disease), PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), fibroids, cysts and Hashimoto’s are all thought to be causes of infertility. But what is the cause of these diseases and pelvic issues that are leading to the infertility? And can we rectify them?
After years of training and research and assessments, I finally understood.

An unhealthy internal environment
After years of being exposed to air pollutants, chemicals in our food supply and drugs (yes there is a time and place for antibiotics and important medicines –this is not a debate), along with emotional stress and all the rest, the detoxification system of the body got sluggish.

The human body has been exposed to more chemicals in the last 50 years than ever before in history. Approximately 10 million tons of toxic chemicals are released into our environment by industries yearly. Of these, over 2 million tons per year are recognized carcinogens.

Congestion
Sluggishness translates to congestion in the liver, kidneys and possibly the lymphatic system and the uterus. The energy becomes stagnant and the toxins aren’t getting flushed out.

Imbalanced gut flora
A toxic internal environment becomes a host to strains of bacteria that thrive in such conditions. Bacteria are always accompanied by their friends; viruses, parasites and fungal infections. This is referred to as dysbiosis which turns out is the cause of most genital and lymphatic system problems by inflaming the mucus membranes of the genital system.

Can anything be done?
YES! Here are the steps

1. Reducing toxic load
Here we examine what foods you are eating, the cleanliness of the water you’ve been drinking and eliminate all unnecessary toxins in your household and products
2. Diet
A diet for the control of candida, parasites, bacteria & viruses is imperative to speed up the process
3. Opening the emunctories
Here we open the pathways and exits to the detoxification organs such as the liver and kidneys, and support them to drain and release the build up
4. Dysbiosis therapy
This displaces, inhibits and destroys pathogens. It strengthens the internal environment and replaces and restores normal flora
5. Tonify the Qi
The last step is to tonify the Qi (energy), add any nutritional support required and support psychological healing

Best to leave yourself in the hands of a professional for optimal guidance and support.

My goal is to target disease by identifying and addressing the body’s underlying imbalances that have created its symptoms. To resolve the symptoms, my approach is to re-initiate the body’s ability to recognize the challenges it faces and support its ability to resolve its state of disease.
